Luncheon March 2010: Mr. Randolph, Office of The Surgeon General
Featured Keynote: Mr. “Randy” Randolph is the Director of Strategy and Innovation for The Surgeon General / Commander, US Army Medical Command.
Mr Randolph currently is an Army Civilian Employee serving as the Director of Strategy and Innovation, OTSG/MEDCOM Headquarters. Mr. Randolph is a faculty member on the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, teaching Continuous Performance Improvement/Lean Six Sigma. He is a frequently invited speaker to DoD, Federal, National and International audiences about the Balanced Scorecard, Lean Six Sigma, and Best Practice Transfer.
Featured Keynote: Colonel David Williams, Joint Project Manager, Chemical Biological Medical Systems Joint Project Management Office
Colonel David Williams is the Joint Project Manager for the Chemical Biological Medical Systems Joint Project Management Office located in Frederick, Maryland. In this role, he directs the Department of Defense’s (DoD) organization for centralized research, development, acquisition management, and joint service integration for all medical Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense systems. Colonel Williams is responsible for leading joint service, interagency, international teams of scientists and acquisition professionals in developing, acquiring and fielding Food and Drug administration-approved CBRN medical countermeasures and diagnostics.
